Waterbased Printing

Catto's Graphics offers waterbased inks as an alternative to typical plastisol screen printing. Our waterbased inks are free From PVC and produce a softer hand. We use 3 different brands of waterbased inks depending on the substrate and color.

Magna Colours
(for light colored garments)
Approved by the UK Soil Association for use on organic garments. Free from phthalate, PVC, apeo, formaldehyde and heavy metals.

Rutland K2 Series
(for use on dark garments)
Waterbased and PVC free.

Jantex Inks
(for light garments)
PVC free, waterbased inks that meet the requirements for global organic standards version 1.1.

Note: Waterbased inks are not necessarily eco-friendly but they are a PVC free alternative.
